Dr. Hadar Elraz is a Research Associate at Cardiff Business School, involved in the teaching and evaluation of assessment across a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules. Following the tradition of critical management research she endeavors to equip students with critical and reflexive academic skills, in the hope that this would help them in their studies and working lives. Prior to this Hadar worked with researchers at Cardiff Business School, Welsh Government and consultancy organisations which collaborate as a project team to explore and evaluate some of the key issues in the management, regulation and improvement of public services in Wales and England.

Hadar is also involved in the writing up and dissemination of findings from her research project on mental health and employment. The study utilized critical research methods to address some of the growing concerns over mental health at work and to explore identity construction for people with mental health conditions.
